What a great experience using this Company was. From start to finish nothing was a problem. I broke down in the pouring rain miles from home and this Knight rescued me and my little car. Fantastic customer service from Kam at A.A.D Transport and Recovery. We broke down outside of Birmingham and needed to have our car transported back to London. Kam gave the best quote and was very professional, kind and helpful to deal with throughout, even picking us up from the hotel we had to stay at overnight nearby. Would highly recommend. During an absolute crisis on Monday just gone, the 13th October, I was faced with my first Breakdown. With enough on my mind The AA wanted me to pay £330 from the original estimated £270 due to the fact I didn't own the national recovery addon and you must sign onto it even if your an existing member and dont need national recovery 24/7. I spoke with CVR, they were asking for £400 due to the fact i was out of there response area but my home was not as I was 71 miles away. After a bit of help from the AA mechanic, he told me about AAD T&R. Thanks to AAD, It only costed me £250 to get home after being stuck for a few hours. I finally made it home in comfort for around 15:00, I had been broken down since 11:00. He was welcoming and easy. Got the job done right without damaging anything and tried his hardest with my lower than normal car. He also made for a good chat and offered to make any stops needed and even tried to clear out the cab to make the drive home more comfortable. After this experience my idea of local or 3rd party recovery businesses has completely changed. Thank you AAD!

Called Kam and I was in a dire situation with my car. Gave me honest and sound advice in a what was quite a stressing time. A really lovely person and offered me a helping hand in the future should I need it. He’s a really reasonable and understanding person, if you’re looking for someone to call who is trustworthy and will give you sound advice on top, give him a ring. Outstanding service.

Service was brilliant from start to finish. After contacting 5–6 other recovery companies, Kam offered the best price by far and arrived within just 30 minutes of our call. He kept us updated throughout, which really put us at ease. He went above and beyond too — providing drinks and snacks in the van for the journey back. Cam was the best!! He was the only recovery operator to get back to me and he was super quick. Got to me as soon as he could and kept me updated the entire way. Nothing was too stressful or too much to deal with and he made a breakdown recovery a very easy going and enjoyable experience! He was kind, friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. After dropping off my car to the garage he even gave us a lift home! I absolutely recommend that if you need a tow or any help with your vehicle, give cam a call, you won’t regret it!

Amazing service. Kam came as quickly as he could & kept me updated on his whereabouts. He got the car loaded onto the truck with speed but took care. Not all heroes wear capes…Called Kam following a Google search as my daughter’s fan belt had snapped and RAC had given her time for them to arrive between 2:30am and 5:30am… the time of my daughters breakdown was about 11:00pm.. Kam answered, advised of his time of arrival, advised of cost… very reasonable, shared his location so we could track where he was. Navigated our tiny road, drove and parked car on our driveway as quietly as possible… for our first time making contact Kam delivered a service which was exceptional. He, in our opinion went over and beyond. 10/10 would definitely recommend and keep his number

I am so happy with this company My car broke down on the motorway M6. Mr K gave me the precise time to reach me and he was there on time I know customer service isn't really that important in such situations, but even then he was absolutely brilliant and dealing with me and my situation. My car engine broke down in Birmingham and the car needed towing to London. I was recommend to Kam. Kam is a genuinely great guy five star service the quote he gave me to tow my car to London was very reasonable. He even dropped me to Birmingham station as I need to come home early. Delivered the car in time perfectly on my driveway I highly highly recommend.
