I had a flat tire recently, and Cornelius and Dylan came out to help me get it taken care of. My rim was pretty difficult to deal with (low-key need a new one soon), but they didn’t let that slow them down. They stayed patient, worked through it, and made sure everything was handled safely and correctly. What really stood out to me was how professional and friendly both of them were the entire time. They explained what was going on, made sure I understood everything, and really went the extra mile to get me back on the road. That particular day, they were a little short-staffed, so the wait time was longer than usual — but honestly, the service and attitude they brought made it worth the wait. You can tell they both take pride in what they do and genuinely care about helping people. Big shoutout to Cornelius and Dylan for their honesty, hard work, and great customer service. It’s rare to meet people who still take that kind of care with their job. I really appreciate them turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!

A 24 Hour Roadside Assistance in Austin Texas is the best they sent 2 of their best Diesel Mechanics . I had a problem with my truck and trailer power at 1 am . The guys came out before the given time line . Got my truck up running after replacing the alternator , finding blown fuse and fixing broken wires (they had all parts in stock ) . The guys told me in advance I didn’t need the alternator but I was hard headed a demanded it . (Thanks for y’all’s honesty) I’ll definitely leave the diagnostic part to you professionals next time . They beat the other companies I called prices . They did quality work and finished in a good time . Also gave a discount. I wish this company nothing but the best .

My semi truck went into derate mode coming through Austin Tx. I called these guys they gave me a 45 min. ETA but arrived in ( 20 minutes ) They had all the computer diagnostics equipment needed to get me back on the road in no time . If you’re in need of heavy duty repair in Austin call these guys they even had the parts I needed no other company had parts that time of morning but them . Thanks guys !!!! Cornelius and Dylan were amazing!!!! I called them for a tire change because I had a flat. Even though they were short staffed they took care of us and were very patient with us even though our rim was being a pain (Rim always gives repair person problems) Cornelius the manager was very professional and helpful and went the extra mile to help us out. Dylan communicated very well the issues and how to resolve them and went the extra mile as well to his manager. Thank you so much guys! I recommend their help for any needs.

A 24 Hour Roadside Assistance Fleet Service took care of us today . My heavy duty truck stopped on I35. I called they sent 2 guys out figured out it was the alternator on my cummins ISX engine . They had the part in stock and truck running within 3 hours. Good price for Emergency roadside service. Definitely Recommend for your semi truck needs .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company was very helpful after being let down by a well known diesel engine repair company. They are very knowledgeable about the diesel engine. The very nice dispatch guy knew exactly what was bad on my Detroit DD15 Engine just by listening to the sound over the phone. The very professional diesel mechanic that showed up got us up an going within 2 hours. This company was recommended by a fleet owner out of Tennessee. Saved our day, and best service too. Showed up within the exact time he said he would and went above and beyond for our needs with two tires. Cannot recommend this company enough 10/10

They haven’t returned my spare tire rim to my jeep after I called multiple times and each time I contact them they avoid telling me where to pick it up. They also didn’t provide me with a receipt so I have no proof that they took my rim. The day after they took my rim I called and they confirmed it was there and now they don’t want to give it to me. I recommend anyone never get service from here because their a load of scammers.

Was stranded all the way in South Austin, they gave me an ETA of 45 mins, which considering they were coming from Round Rock area, was a good time frame, Guy got there in about 40 mins, They were also the only ones at all to answer my call at 3:30 AM When he got there, he figured out what was wrong with my car and then showed me how to short term fix it and told me which parts I'd need to buy for my car to run/work properly again, 10/10 would recommend!!
