EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF WORK. A-1 tropic painting and waterproofing has zero respect for your home. The “pressure washed” windows where done so half assed you can still see the grime in the edges, they didn’t care to take off the window screens and all the gunk stayed stuck at the bottem… my brother went out to pull the screen off and had to tell the guy to stop trying now (after he saw my brother doing what they where hired for) because he was about to break it… they left trash all over the place to be blown around for a day before they cleaned, I’m still finding trash after. But the worst of all, they trampled through the bushes behind my window that where planted by my mother and I 20 years ago. And there WAS a beautiful tree infront of my door that was just knocked over for no reason… now there is a sign out front telling residents to leave there front door open and unlocked to these people so they can paint the inside of the door?!? Do you really think we want workers with this little care coming into our homes and even leaving our doors open for them to dry for hours unsupervised? Post edit: just walked around the side of the building and EVERY dryer vent is painted over and sealed shut…
