We drove up to Boise for Thanksgiving. Our car died in the parking lot of the hotel and wouldn't budge. A-1 did a fantastic job of helping trouble shoot how to get the car on their truck as it wouldn't shift into neutral. The driver was professional, patient and very cooperative. I highly recommend them. They were great to work with.

Don't hesitate to call them! We're grateful we did. Recommended by Gary's Automotive. Knowing A1 was recommended by Gary's I called them straight away. Scott answered my call at A1 and was super nice, kept me calm and light hearted. I really appreciated him and the connection he made with me. Scott got us scheduled for an affordable price and advised it would be about an hour wait. Less than an hour later Scott called to let us know the driver was on his way. Michael came with his beautiful red tow truck and was also light hearted and put us at ease. We shared a few horror stories and he sent us on our way. He assured us he would take care of everything and get the truck safely to Gary's. We really appreciated the customer service and extra time and care they put into this very frustrating experience. I hate for them to be so busy based on excellent reviews that they become hard to schedule, but I can't not leave them a 10 star review. They are excellent. If you haven't called them yet, CALL THEM!

After being stuck with a dead truck in rural Oregon, at least the tow from A-1 was a great experience. Came with a flatbed from 3 hours away to rescue our truck when no one else would. Loaded and secured it properly with no damage, and delivered intact to its destination 45 mins away. Can't ask for more.

These guys are amazing. My car was recently crashed and Michael, not sure if I’m spelling it correctly, did everything he could to get my car out of the awkward situation it was in without damaging it more, truly went above and beyond. I appreciate you a lot man! Definitely will be coming back when I need it!

This man Scott insulted me and my business and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't ever want him near my crew again. He came into my automotive shop inviting himself into the shop and asking my employees how much money they make asking for the manager and then had the audacity to tell me to hurry up and that he's late for other tows. You being late and disrespectful to me and my employees is not my problem. Get your act together. He left the car in a parking spot parked like crap sideways it looks like a lousy job.

I was driving down the road and my car just died so I pulled over. I realized I was locked in my car with no power to unlock the door. Yes I did Panic. I called A1 Towing and told him the situation and they gave me the solution to unlock the door thank you A1 Towing

Very very very helpful. Had trouble starting my truck and the gentleman( whose name I didn’t get) that helped me was nice and got my truck up and running in no time. He also had a beautiful puppy that I got to say hi to. Five plus plus stars
