These guys deliver for my restaurant. Usually I get a technician in the next day for a service call, but not making any promises for them: that’s just my experience. Multiple calls have been completely paid for with freezer/fridge warranty coverage, so that’s awesome they do that follow-through for the customer. Their pricing is a little below average for the market otherwise for service calls. Technicians are knowledgeable and very nice. Very quick and efficient when I have seen them at work. Understand that they have a receptionist who takes the initial call, and then you will get a call from their repair manager. People are mean on these reviews. Quality kitchen refrigeration and HVAC isn’t ever going to be cheap, people!

They hired my company to sealcoat the parking lot and came up with every excuse under the sun to not pay the bill. The own even told me he could of had it done cheaper, though they had a hard time getting a company to do the job. This company is not shy on taking advantage of people, just go on CCAP and see why they sue all their customers for payment when they don't want to pay over priced bill. I even called some his customers and they confirm the something.

Owner was very knowledgeable on the best solution for my unique HVAC situation. Prices were inline with other contractors but service was above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them for both commercial and residential work. Available 24/7 for any emergency needs or concerns.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! I called them to inquire about service in March for an ice machine which stopped working. John, their sales mgr told me he would check to see if they had a tech available to come out and call me right away to confirm. He never called me back so I contacted AKRIT instead and they handled my service professionally same day. Afterward, a tech named Todd from A-1 (who was very rude) showed up demanding to look at our machine which was already serviced by AKRIT earlier in the day. When we told him not to touch the machine, he proceeded to poke his head around anyway so he could charge a billable hour for nothing! He threw an invoice at me and told me if I didn't pay, the owner would take me to court! What kind of company trains techs to threaten their customers and offers bad service all the way around? Really, DO NOT CALL!

Literally this should be a ZERO star! This is the worst service ever!!!!!! we have a turbo air freezer and turbo air has local contract with A1 service. Initially we had a small problem and the freezer is still functional. They tried to fixed and the problem occurred again. Really question their ability to diagnose the problem. Second, they think order the parts and replaced the parts but it is even worse! They FRIED up the whole freezer! it had a burning smell several hours right after they fixed it!!!!!!! The worst is the manager!!!! they keep telling us it was our problem because we bought a TURBO AIR freezer!!!!! It is ridiculous !!!!!!!! If you want your equipment fixed, DO NOT let them touch your euqipment ever!!!!!!

A-1 Service worst company ever. A-1 was called to come out and repair a central air condition unit for an elderly women they came out three times charging each time they came out never repaired the unit and the service was HORRIBLE. Even after speaking with the Manager and Owner nothing was done about taking advantage of this homeowner. Never EVER EVER will I use A-1 Services, Inc. again nor will I refer them to anyone.
