They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They even went the extra mile by making a new wood trim piece to cover an existing damaged trim. We are very impressed with the work Gus and John with A-1 Track Sliding Doors did installing a dog door for us. They did outstanding work (especially given they were dealing with higher end mahogany and glass doors) and went the extra mile to find a solution that would work best for an older dog with mobility issues. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with and truly cared about quality and customer satisfaction. They were here long after a normal work day would have normally ended, and we were quite impressed with all they accomplished. I accidentally shattered our glass shower door, and immediately called A-1. Gus answered on the second ring and was incredibly friendly and professional. After sending him some pictures and measurements, he provided me an estimate within an hour. Gus and Andrew then showed up the following day to take some more measurements and assess the situation. They said it would take a week to get the glass, but the ended up being able to fix it the next day! The whole process to get our door replaced took less than 2 days. Gus and Andrew were prompt, efficient, professional and incredibly friendly. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs help with any sort of sliding door!

This is a wonderful company! Gus is a lovely person. I had my doors repaired last year before a renovation. After the flooring was done, the doors were harder to open. Today, John Miller and Luis came back to service them. They are professional and kind and informative. They were able to make them easier to open. Top rate service and they back their rap! Simply outstanding service from this professionally run company. Excellent communication throughout the process. I called around 10:30AM and to my surprise they said their team would be at my house around 1:30/2:00pm. I was txt with updated information on the time the team would arrive, impressive. There were a couple of screws that came loose in the pocket door wheel assembly that A1 installed. The team fixed the issue (the door slides perfectly) and said there was No Charge as the system was under warranty - WOW. As i understand it they installed an upgraded hardware!! Impressive service, staff and product. THANK YOU!!

Excellent response time, customer service, and communication. They clearly explained what they were doing and why. They came to our home within 30 minutes of our call and fixed the issue by replacing the sliding door track and insert rollers—now the door works like a charm! It’s ten times better than before. Our pet door is also back in place, which means no more middle-of-the-night wakeups to let the cat or dog out. Highly recommend!

We had dog doors installed in 2 sliding glass patio doors. It took about 2 weeks from first contact to final installation. John and Andrew installed the doors.
