This is a great store with clean warm atmosphere, staff are welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable, especially Eve who I mostly communicated with. All and all extremely satisfying experience. Will be back and would recommend it to anyone, a five star service! Second visit to this absolutely wonderful store with the greatest staff ever and nothing short of impressed by their service, knowledge, professionalism. Josh went out of his way to accommodate and provided exceptional service. He impressed me with his communication skills as well as tenacity to se a job well done. I am pleased with my transaction with Ralph and A-1 Jewelry & Coin today. With the price of gold and silver reaching all time highs recently, I opted to finally sell my old jewelry. Ralph presented himself in a conscientious and professional demeanor. He utilized quality control machinery and analyzed my items right in front of me and showed me the results as they came out. After a bit of negotiation, we reached an agreed upon deal. He’s knowledgeable, approachable and direct. Will consider him and his team for future buying and selling. Do your own research and come with at least a general sense of the current market and you’ll be matched with reasonable business savvy. Not all businesspeople in this market show a sensibility like Ralph.

Stopped by to get my watch battery replaced and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, honest, and got it done quickly. They handled my watch with care and the price was totally fair. It’s nice to come across a place that still takes pride in their work. I’d definitely go back and recommend them to anyone who needs a quick watch fix.
