A-1 has been fantastic to work with. Jessica pretty much runs everything and she does it flawlessly. The mold mitigation crew completed everything beyond my expectations. The restoration team is fantastic. Chris is putting things back together 100x better than they were originally. They are punctual, detailed and keep their work area and my house clean during the entire process. I can't say enough good things about A-1.

It's not very often that i am taken by surprise by the significant and care and Attention to detail. They are not afraid to get dirty when my industrial mess for lack of a better word was plain mesn and nasty. I Owe a great deal of thanksgiving and appreciation for the respect and strengnth to boot made me a believer in my darkest and most needful hour when i thought i couldnt make it through. After finding out we had mold under our house and not just water damage, the mold became our main concern. Mr. Al at A-1 understood and was very nice about it. Finding mold anywhere just gives you that nasty feeling, but Mr. Al reassured us it was nothing we had done. Our project went from two floors being replaced,to all, but two, being replaced! I wasn't sure how our inssurance would cover this or how much hassle it would be. Well, there has been no hassle at all. We have spoke to the inssurance company a few times, but for the most part A-1 has done everything for us. The most I have done was pack a few boxes and pick out new flooring. In the future, if we need service like theirs again, no doubt I will be calling them FIRST!

A-1 cleaning did a fantastic job,I had mold in my closet from a a/c leak and i'm disabled was not able to clean.Kathy and crew came and cleared out any moldy items and cleaned the walls.Thank you A-1 cleaning you are the best
