Amazing Experience All Around! Coordinating with Carl gave me an excellent first impression. He assured me A-1 is the best company around. No frills and No flashy marketing to drive costs up. Greg came to inspect the area for French Drain work and with his prior experience, he was able to spot out items not called out with other companies. Greg was kind enough to follow up with us and gave us the confidence to move forward. On the day of Ruffino arrived (on time) and we went over what was going to take place. He and Carl provided a timeline for what to expect. We also added an extra area (change order) and A-1 Team was able to complete the project in the same time not missing a beat! Carl was amazing to work with as he followed up with me during the day. Ruffino and team made sure that they kept our home clean as all debris was removed via basement window. A-1 was the right choice... extremely happy with the service and final product.

We had an incredible experience with A1 basement solutions. We had a mold issue in our basement, needed a crawl space encapsulated, and wanted a new sump pump and pit installed. All of the work was done as explained, the quality of the work was excellent, and everything was finished a day early. Fast, responsive, and incredibly friendly team that answered all of the questions I had during the process. They even went around the house and filled all external foundation cracks - something I didn't ask to get done. I would recommend this business to anyone. Very happy with everything.

Very good workers who did a good job. The only problem I have with them is their lack of warranty information and after care procedures having gotten no written information. I have had sump pumps for years and know that there will be failures, at some future date and what do I do in case of emergency?? The owner called me and re-sent the warranty information which corrected the above situation. I re-rated them to 5 stars as the owner has assured me that if there is a problem with the system, going forward, he will personally see that they will take care of it immediately.

Steve came to my house for an estimate to waterproof my house. He was very professional, and was forthright and honest in advising me of the different options I had and how cost effective it would be for me to complete this project or not. He was highly recommended by an independent home inspector who was also very helpful to me as well.

Travis and Mike installed an EZ Breathe vent system in our basement in less than 2 hours. Great service, felt very comfortable having them in our home and appreciated their hard work to remedy our damp basement.

A complex job made very easy. We had a French drain system installed in our basement. The team did a wonderful job walking us through the process from start to finish. Ron was available on a Sunday to accommodate our schedule to give an estimate. We were sent a quote in a timely manner, no surprises exactly what we discussed. Tyler's prep team was quick and efficient, during the pre and post prep. Rufino and his team of 10 - worked together like a well oiled machine. Couldn't be happier with the job from start to finish.

After 3 prior quotes, I decided to go with A-1 bc a prior coworker had work done by them a year ago. They did not disappoint. Steve provided a detailed quote and explanation better than anything I had heard or seen before so I could really understand the process of what needed to be done. Mike & Tyler provided excellent service with the demo and moving items around, installing ventilation system and drainage output to the curb. Rafino and his crew came in and in 2 days put in a French drain around the entire perimeter of our basement. Professional, truthful, experienced. Amazing job we'll done. Mike, Rufino and the crew exceeded expectations. They were efficient and did a great job installing two french drains in our crawlspace. They kept everything clean each day and did a final clean up when they finished. Everything looks great. Greg was our initial contact, he kept us informed of the progress and we had full trust in him and the team. Highly recommend!

Mike and team did a fantastic and timely job on the internal French drains a few months back. I’ve recently had some leakage that the drains have since caught and sump pump effectively did its job. 10/10 would recommend.
