GT-EX Courier have been a reliable service that really aim to provide us with the most supportive and efficient service. I have worked with Amy Gooch and Jacquilyn Munro, and they have assured me with their prompt responses and regular updates. A courier service I highly recommend.

The personal and customised service that GT-EX provided me leaves every other delivery experience in the dust. This seems an odd thing to rave about, but if you research and buy something online, you want it, quickly. I made two mistakes: provided a GPO box for an item that couldn’t be delivered to a GPO Box and ordered just before a long weekend. Guess what? GT-Ex made this problems go away by answering a call at 6pm on the Thursday before a long weekend… and my package arrived the next day, all with a super easy follow via a link that made it easy to arrange for me. If any companies out there want satisfied, repeat customers, make sure the delivery of your products is cruisy. If you want your customers to have a cruisy delivery experience, go with GT-EX (or a company exactly like them). No, I have not skin in this game. Just giving praise where it is unexpected but deserved. And I wouldn’t mind knowing who GT-EX services so I could shop accordingly 😉
