Bill was an amazing help for a first time home buyer. He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and I was comfortable with every choice we made before moving on with the process. Bill was amazing to work with. He gave us great feedback on necessary spruce ups for the home we were selling. The showings were well scheduled and negotiations went quickly. He also showed us many homes to buy in a competitive market. We found the perfect house after a lot of showings and a few lost bids. We will work with Bill again when we sell/buy and I’ve recommended him to friends and family.
