Shawn and his team are great. Came in needing help removing a sticker from my motorcycle I purchased. Dealership wouldn’t remove it due to liability reasons. Even though this isn’t something they do. Shawn and his team dropped what they were doing and didn’t hesitate to help me out free of charge. A kind gesture and team. Something you don’t see much these days. All my family goes to Broco glass for windshield repairs and replacement. I would recommended to everyone.

Broco was a pleasant surprise and departure from today’s vehicle service industry, having a windshield replaced (2 business days to order the windshield and install it). The operation was amazingly clean and tidy (even the break room and bathroom looked well kept), a huge departure from most other service operations. The service was professional and friendly and prompt, with many calls updating progress and time for pickup. No problems with the installation, and they even kept the keys clean (contact precautions). Minor upsell on wiper blades (but to be honest, I needed them). Easily the best glass replacement and repair operation around (and I’ve tried others like Speedy). They were also completely honest about the insurance claim, which I appreciated as a rare and precious commodity.
