Justin was fantastic. He came almost immediately on his way from other job nearby. Lugs were too tight for me to remove my flat tire. Call Elite! No job is too great or small. I paid by visa and insurance will reimburse me. This was so much better than waiting hours. Elite was recommended by two of my car service providers.

Tyler was great. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and great to talk with. I rode with him for an hour to the drop and he was great company the whole way. If all goes experiences were like this, i might just break down more often lol. He's a great asset, make sure to value him as an employee!
