Royal Restoration

Jose, Alvaro, Luis and their crew were great to work with and did a terrific job on our bathroom. This was not a project we wanted to do, it started with a moldy smell in our ADU and became a bigger repair and renovation as we identified existing problems and worked with José to find solutions. The work is flawless, our new shower looks fantastic and the work on the exterior looks amazing as well. However what I really appreciated was the time Jose and crew took to lay out all our options and make sure we understood why each step was happening and how it fit into the big picture. Communication was prompt and clear and we were updated constantly on progress. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use Royal for our next project.

I hired Royal Restoration of Santa Barbara to repair substantial water damage that occurred after a major rainfall. They responded promptly with a detailed proposal. I accepted it and they began work immediately. I was impressed by how logical and systematic they were in solving the problem. They identified the source of the leak as an issue in the roof. They then proceeded to fix the roof problem, inspect for possible mold, fully test their work and close up the section of the interior ceiling that they had to open to find the problem. Throughout this process all of their people were highly professional and a pleasure to interact with. Alvaro Lopez, the project manager, went beyond the call of duty to insure that everything was done correctly and on time. Janzel, another of their employees was outstanding in finding the location of the leak. I would not hesitate in hiring them again. My experience with them was excellent.
