6-Month Update: Still Extremely Happy With the Results I had my crawlspace waterproofed by WetLock Waterproofing back in May 2025, and now that it’s been almost six months, I can confidently say I’m extremely satisfied with the work. Working with Corey (the owner) was a completely different experience compared to dealing with a large company. He was personal, responsive, honest, and always available whenever I had questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of the work he delivers. My crawlspace had significant mold buildup on the wood joists. Corey’s team took the time to thoroughly clean and treat all the mold before moving forward with the rest of the project. That alone made a huge difference in the smell, cleanliness, and overall health of the crawlspace. My home is on the larger side, so the project included: •A full French drain around the entire perimeter •Complete crawlspace encapsulation •Mold cleaning and treatment on the wood •A dehumidifier installation •Two sump pumps installation The entire job was finished in under a week, and the workmanship was excellent. Now, six months later, everything is still holding up perfectly—humidity levels are stable, no moisture issues, and the crawlspace looks just as clean and solid as it did the day he finished. If you’re looking for a company that is fairly priced, reliable, honest, and truly stands behind their work, I highly recommend WetLock Waterproofing. Wow, only great things to say about Cory, Kaleb, Aaron and everyone who worked on my complex job. Always on time, great communication every day of the project. I could now eat off the crawlspace floor if I wanted and 2 weeks ago it was full of mold/fungus with falling insulation and standing water. Called in competitors for comparison estimates and analysis but obviously Cory knew what he was talking about and not trying to upsell. Thoroughly satisfied with their work is an understatement!
