I didn't even realize I was required to inspect my fire escape regularly! Escape Artists informed me of what's required, including a new 604 I'm guessing most people don't know about. The staff that did the inspection was prompt, professional, and efficient. I did need a repair and they took care of that as well. I'm so grateful my escape is now safe. The office staff and owner were super easy to work with, and the owner spent so much time explaining all of this to me. Highly recommend Escape Artists if you have any fire escapes or wooden decks on your property!
