UPDATE 11/13/25
My girl hasn’t had any issues with the root canal that was done. We are hoping to get the crown done very soon. The doctor and staff were amazing with the whole process of the retreat.
UPDATE 06/20/25
The office was kind enough to reach out and help my girl get her root canal taken care of. She had a lot of infection but the Dr treated her and we hope the infection will be gone before her next appt. I appreciated them reaching out and clarifying some questions I had. We still have more work needing to be done on her tooth.
First of all the staff and Dr and great people. Very friendly and nice environment. I had to give a low rating because my daughter had a root canal done and after a few months she started feeling pain. We couldn’t go back to this place because they stopped taking our insurance. I took her to a different place in Laredo and when they did xray they found a small piece of instrument left inside the area where the root canal was done. It is costing over $1000 to get a retreat on my daughter’s tooth.

I was a new patient. I have a huge fear of dentist from a horrible experience from when I was a child that ultimately causes me not to go see dentist. Yesterday 1/27/2026 I had a dental emergency, I cracked my tooth up into my root. I was the last patient of the day. I was not rushed. The dentist found the problematic tooth and the assistants stayed with me and even held my hand as I was obviously shaking in fear and calmed me down . I apologized for keeping them so late and they all assured me that I was in pain and they were going to help me. This office made me feel SAFE and assured me they were going to help me and they did. To the amazing ladies that kept me calm and held my hand, words can’t not express how appreciative I am of your actions and words. You understood my fears and made sure to take care of me as a patient and treat me like a scared human being . To the dentist I have a new found faith in dentistry as you were kind and helped ease my fears and made sure I was in NO pain at all times. From the bottoms of my heart thank you all.
