We couldn’t be happier with Vale Village! When we decided to explore child care options that suit our lifestyle and needs, we found many child care centres around our area and went to multiple centre tours but Vale Village is the only one that stands out and made us come back to her. The environment is warm, nurturing, modernised building, and thoughtfully designed to make every child feel safe, loved, and inspired. The staff are truly exceptional—caring, attentive, and passionate about early childhood development. They take the time to understand each child’s unique personality and needs, and they go above and beyond to ensure every little one feels confident, curious, and supported. Even though not every educators are Mother, but the way they all treat our daughter and other children are just above and beyond. We as a parent, when we think about child care, thats what we look for, a place where our children feel like home, people they spend time with make them feel like their own family. That kind of feeling we recognise from our daughter and we feel it too. Our child has blossomed in ways we never expected—from learning new skills to forming meaningful friendships. The activities are creative and enriching, and the communication with parents is always open and reassuring. Well, now our daughter knows how to make sushi out of cotton balls 😂 such a adorable thing We can’t thank you enough Vale Village Team for looking after our daughter during her sessions and you make us feel guilt free, safe and comfortable everyday. 🥰 big shoutout to Miss Courtney, Miss Sienna, Mrs Meena, Miss Sonu, Miss Georga, Miss Abbey, Miss Kim and The Miss Chef 🧑‍🍳 and other teachers who works in Vale Village, you guys are just amazing 🤩 Vale Village is more than just a daycare—it’s a beautiful community. We’re so grateful to have found this gem. We absolutely love Vale Village Childcare! Both of my kids attend and are always so excited to go it really speaks volumes about the environment. The educators are amazing: kind, patient, and truly supportive. The centre managers are always around and approachable, which makes communication feel easy and natural. I’ve already recommended Vale Village to several people I know. The owner is such a lovely person always greeting us with a warm, welcoming smile. It genuinely feels like a second home for our family.
