Pro Rug Clean did an incredible job professionally cleaning my large family room rug. The rug had significant stains, and the backing tape was peeling away. The rug is now back to its best. I bought a runner at an auction that needed some love, and Pro Rug Clean definitely came through with removing dried in mysterious stains, cleaning up the fringe/tassles, and basically giving the runner a complete makeover. Had our rug cleaned by Albert at Pro Rug Clean. Arrived at the time he said he would to collect the rug. Took it to his factory to be cleaned. I could not be happier with the final result.
