Pro Rug Clean did an incredible job professionally cleaning my large family room rug. The rug had significant stains, and the backing tape was peeling away. The rug is now back to its best. Albert was kind enough to collect and then drop off, making the process really easy. Could not recommend highly enough

I bought a runner at an auction that needed some love, and Pro Rug Clean definitely came through with removing dried in mysterious stains, cleaning up the fringe/tassles, and basically giving the runner a complete makeover. It feels so lovely underfoot, and a great addition to my walk in wardrobe where it looks like it was basically made for the space. Albert has great communication, is friendly and polite. Thanks!
