I brought my vehicle to Jake at Detail Wizards after being extremely disappointed with what repeated visits to Splash car wash did to my paint. What I thought was “safe hand washing” slowly turned into swirls, haze, and a dull finish that took the life out of a brand-new vehicle. I honestly didn’t realize how much damage had built up until Jake walked me around the car under proper lighting and showed me everything. He performed a full two-step paint correction and then applied a ceramic coating — and the difference is unreal. The depth, clarity, and gloss are better than when the car came off the lot. The metallic actually pops now, reflections are crisp, and the paint finally looks smooth instead of cloudy. Even the way water beads and slides off the surface is on another level. What impressed me most was the professionalism and education. Jake didn’t just “detail” the car — he explained the process, the why behind each step, and how to properly maintain it so I don’t undo the work. You can tell he genuinely cares about preserving paint, not just turning cars over quickly. After seeing the damage automatic and routine wash places can cause over time, I can confidently say this is the better option. Instead of slowly ruining your finish, you’re investing in actually protecting it. If you care about your vehicle and want it to look the way it’s supposed to, skip the car washes and go to Detail Wizards. Worth every dollar and I won’t trust my paint with anyone else again. My husband called Jake after hours on a Saturday in a bit of a panic because my son had gotten sick in the car. He didn’t hesitate to help and was very understanding. He told me to come by so he could take a look, and even though it was late, he stayed and took care of everything.
