Valerie is an amazing psychologist. She is down-to-earth and has a lot of knowledge on the topic of anxiety. The office is clean, cozy and inviting. I highly recommend!

This place has been not just a psychology visit but life saving experience and knowledge. I went in thinking I was hurt so bad from two ! Counts of ptsd … went down every dark road and some twice and maybe a third . Drank for 15 years with ptsd the government said I don’t have . Went thru a seperation and lost my own child whom I had to leave here in Canada to go to Afghanistan 🇦🇫. Until I met Valarie …I was in a living hell . I mean hell like everything bothers me … to wear I know send people her way . In a way I send people to her because she rescued me from the bottom and brought me back … so I’m a holy man in a way . God bless you Valerie . 🙇‍♂️ I learned so much and more .
