Wow, where do I begin, I met Sean earlier in the year(2023) when we decided to started looking for a home to purchase. Sean has been very attentive to our specific requirements for this home and he went over and above in setting up appointments on the fly , showing up to these appointments and giving his expert opinion on the various homes that we visited. During this process he also became a Dad for the first time and although i know he was experiencing some "sleepless nights" we did not see a difference in his level of service. Need a Realtor????? Trust me, this is the guy! Sean was fantastic! The market was crazy and we were having no luck until Sean. Finding a good quality home at a fair price was very difficult but Sean made the process very easy. He was not a high pressure or pushy sales type. My fiancée and I both felt very comfortable working with him. But don't let his calm, cool collected demeanor mislead you! When it came to negotiating, he fought hard for us. We love our new home so much and it was really all possible because of Sean Balzer!
