The Jessica Vegas team left me feeling unbelievably gorgeous on my wedding day! I really appreciated the pre-wedding call with Jess, where she took me through how best to achieve the look I was after for my day. It also made me consider things I hadn’t thought about, such as how my veil would sit, and what makeup styles would highlight my features. We did not have a traditional bridal party or bridesmaids, but I really wanted the feeling of getting ready with my ‘girls’, which included my mum, my sister, my three new sister-in-laws and their daughters. This time together was very special to me, getting dolled up and feeling our best - and I know they all enjoyed it and felt spoilt. It remains one of my favourite part and memory of the day. The team I had on the day was wonderful. I loved Alana’s warm and gentle nature - and how much care she took in doing my ‘bridal’ parties makeup, especially my younger nieces, as this was one of their first times getting their makeup professionally done. Mia was the perfect match for my bridal hair and make-up, who matched my fun, silly, goofy energy that I needed before the ceremony. My waves were unreal and my make-up genuinely did not budge during all my tears in the ceremony and survived whole afternoon/night - it hurt me to remove it all afterwards, cos of how good it was! Jess was an absolute dream as our hair and makeup artist! From the moment she arrived, she brought such a warm, friendly, and relaxed energy — truly a girls’ girl through and through. She was chatty, approachable, and made everyone feel completely comfortable, which set the perfect tone for a calm and fun morning getting ready. Not only did she nail hair and makeup that survived insane winds she also became an unofficial morning photographer and TikToker 😂 Jess worked her magic on both me and my bridesmaids, making sure each of us felt beautiful and confident. She listened carefully to what we wanted, executed it flawlessly, and even provided touch-up kits for the day, such a thoughtful extra that gave us complete peace of mind. Nothing was ever an issue, she handled every little request with a smile and made the whole experience feel effortless. Her professionalism, combined with her friendly, down-to-earth personality, made her feel like a part of the wedding crew rather than just a vendor. If you want someone talented, reliable, and genuinely lovely to be around on your big day, Jess is the one. I can’t recommend her enough, she truly made the morning and the whole day feel so special for all of us. 💕
