I spent $2,000 at this shop after bringing my car in for a knocking sound in the suspension. The issue was never resolved. They installed low-quality parts but charged me as if they were original. Despite multiple attempts to diagnose the problem—rocking the car, test driving it, and guessing different causes—the final verdict was that the body bushing was rotten. The owner advised me not to invest in the car because it was supposedly completely rusted. However, the very next day I inspected the car myself, checked the axle shaft, and immediately found the real issue. I cannot understand why the mechanics here did not check this in the first place. Incompetent and dishonest—avoid at all costs. Little update: I replaced the axle shaft – nothing changed. Then I replaced the shock absorber – the knocking disappeared. Turns out the spring was making contact with itself on bumps. I checked my body bushings, there are 8 of them, and indeed 2 could use replacement, but the other 6 are in excellent condition. Also, I don't like that these guys tore the cover boot on the steering rack while trying to replace the lower control arm.
