Rudy is hands down the best trainer I've worked with. In the time we've been training, I managed to completely change my body composition, leaning out while putting on serious muscle—my squat is up to 275x5 and my bench is at 225x5. His deep expertise in strength training is obvious, but he's also just a super friendly, funny guy who makes being in the gym enjoyable. Cool bonus: we're both from France, so we speak French during our workouts which makes the session fly by. If you want a coach who knows his stuff and keeps you motivated, go see Rudy.

I've been working with Rudy for 3 months and am currently in the best shape of my life at 45 years old. Before I met Rudy i thought i needed liposuction to lose the stubborn weight in my mid section and thought I could never lose weight. I was in such a rut and was pretty hopeless, but luckily Rudy guided me on building muscle and losing fat and how to eat. It's truly been so life changing working with Rudy. I have lost 10 pounds and 5% body fat so far. I feel so proud of myself that I did this with eating right and exercise. This has truly been one of the best investments in my life for overall well-being. I'm so grateful. What's amazing also, is that Rudy is realistic in working with your goals and having balance in life. No restrictions or crazy diets... just balance in all parts of life. It's been life changing!
