Trendsetters Flooring

Trendsetters installed new flooring replacing carpet and old vinyl for the majority of my house, and did an amazing job from beginning to end of the project. The main location has tons of samples for whatever your budget and goals are, and Justin even brought some samples all the way out to my house to try! Justin does a fantastic job walking you through the process, gives up front no BS or hidden cost pricing, and schedules you to exact dates for your flooring installation since he doesn’t subcontract installers. His installation crew with John as the lead was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Floors are installed meticulously, and the finished product speaks for itself with perfect shape/ lines, structure, and no gaps! Justin was an incredible communicator through the whole process! If you’re looking for flooring near the Hannibal area, don’t hesitate to use Trendsetters. I plan to use them for my future flooring projects! Some pictures of the floor are attached including an amazing advanced wrapping technique they did on the stair platform that looks beyond excellent! (In the pictures, the flooring hasn’t been swept or mopped in some time, and I am hard on floors. They hide dirt very well!)

We had heard through friends that Trendsetters Flooring was a great business to work with on flooring. That was an understatement! Justin was so friendly and able to answer all my questions. He made sure I had all the information I needed to make the correct carpet choices. These days it's not common to have "Excellent" customer service but Trendsetters Flooring provides just that! We have had 5 bedrooms and one large staircase carpeted and could not be more pleased with the entire process. Cost was VERY reasonable, ordering and installation timely and efficient. The quality of the carpet appears excellent as well. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this business.Thank you Trendsetters for going above and beyond for us.
