Please read warning. I have no trust in Noelle nor this business after they edited their original reply.

My original Review: Although the Daycare is quite good due to the team, especially Vincent, we discontinued all services because the owner is rude and unreceptive to feedback.
I would not recommend boarding for an active dog.

Edit:
I noticed that Noelle had her Management team edit her highly unprofessional reply to my review, so I now feel that I must expand my review in order to warn others.
After our puppy had a good time at daycare, we inquired about boarding and were told that they stay with Noelle at her home. We were surprised to discover that her father was overseeing her, and he gave us feedback that our active 8mth puppy was constantly whining to go outside and pooped in the house. As we knew nothing of her father's qualifications, and felt that the boarding service may not have been suitable for an active dog, or that she wasn't given enough outdoor time to play, we sent an e-mail to voice our experience.
Rather than reassuring us of the service, Noelle sent back an extremely long e-mail saying that we were criticizing her and her father. She was extremely rude and defensive. All her e-mails are written as one big aggressive paragraph with caps lock here and there. It's quite immature really. (see un-edited replies to reviews for yourself).
Her father's bio was not up on the website as she claimed, and has since added it, although it was clear that the boarding did not have a Vet Tech nor staff from the Daycare supporting with care—regardless of what they say.
Our intention was to provide critical feedback so she could improve her business, so I'm glad she has changed her policies around boarding. This proves that some mistakes were made, despite her lack of willingness to show any accountability.
The fact that she replied the way she did, edited her website, and edited her original reply to this review shows how unstable and reactive Noelle is. I would not trust my dog with her for an instant at this point.
As for their professionally edited but misleading reply:
- Their boarding staff is her elderly father, and only him. They are not looked after by a vet tech.
- Her father does not work at the daycare. If Noelle or her staff help out, it's not always the case. Her father has no credentials besides that "he loves the dogs"
- We paid for all services, and given that our Puppy only had 2 visits to daycare and 1 boarding visit, their claim to not charge for 5 days of daycare and boarding is a blatant lie.

In reply to the edit of their edit...
re. payment, I wouldn't call cancellations per contract some kind of courtesy when the messaging is "I accept your cancellation and appreciate that you are aware as per the contract of the cancellation policy but you do not need to bring Nola in again"
You can't say 5 free days of boarding/daycare for services not rendered. This is deceptive 🤷♂️
Re. Communication,
"boarding happens at the owner's house, where she and her father live."
-- Sorry, but is it wrong to interpret from this that the owner is the primary caretaker, not the father? 😅
