Our Boxer loves going in for his daycare days at Noelle’s. They were great about on-boarding him and making sure it was a good fit before we committed. And we have received good updates on how he did that day at pickup. The video updates on days he went to the beach walk were also a nice touch and it was good to see him having fun. Sadly we are moving across town so the location doesn’t work for us but otherwise he would still be going.

Our dog Chili has been regularly attending Noelle's daycare for nearly 2.5 years now, which we are so grateful for since he is a rescue and required lots of training and socialization. With Noelle's daycare he has improved dramatically in his reactivity behavior and is now more confident interacting with other dogs. We always trust Noelle and her team to take great care of our dog who loves being there and hanging with her dad and his other dog pals!

Noelle and her team are the best in the business. They are not your average doggy day care, they are so much more! We adopted a rescue pup who was under socialised, didn't know his name, had little to no training and some pretty crazy leash reactivity. Sending him to Noelle was the best thing we did! I looked at every day care in the area but fell in love with Noelle and her business. Not only could I drop him off with no worries at all but she was a constant support through his training at home and she and the team had such a positive impact on his behavior and progress. He had so much fun, learnt how to interact with other dogs, Noelle and the team helped to teach his his name and the socialisation has helped majorly with his leash reactivity. Noelle is amazing and I couldn't recommend her more!! PS, the daily insta posts and updates are the cherry on top!

Noelle’s has been a great place for Maggie. The team looking after the dogs are kind and patient. My dog is a bit anxious but is always happy and tired when I pick her up. She loves the beach walk and I know she’s well cared for. I’m also new to Vancouver and the team at Noelle’s have been helpful to both me and Maggie which has helped with our transition. Totally recommend this daycare!

My dogs LOVE Noelle's (as much as they love Playful Pups in Richmond) and I love everyone at Noelle's too- everyone is so kind, warm, and super hardworking! Before finding out about them, I'd met the dogwalkers on Spanish Banks several times and they're all diligent and gentle, and the dogs are always super happy and friendly, which is why I decided to try them out for my dogs. It's a true family business and I can't thank them enough for being so supportive of me as a dog-parent, and of my dogs ❤️

Noelle has taken care of KC, our Bernese numerous times over the last two years. We go away often and every time we leave KC with Noelle we are confident that she is in great hands. KC adores Noelle and is always excited to see her. Noelle is incredibly helpful, easy going and she absolutely loves animals, there is no doubt about it. She takes such a good care of KC. I love the videos from walks that she posts. We can always see our beloved dog and know she is doing well. I would recommend Noelle to anyone.

Please read warning. I have no trust in Noelle nor this business after they edited their original reply. -- My original Review: Although the Daycare is quite good due to the team, especially Vincent, we discontinued all services because the owner is rude and unreceptive to feedback. I would not recommend boarding for an active dog. -- Edit: I noticed that Noelle had her Management team edit her highly unprofessional reply to my review, so I now feel that I must expand my review in order to warn others. After our puppy had a good time at daycare, we inquired about boarding and were told that they stay with Noelle at her home. We were surprised to discover that her father was overseeing her, and he gave us feedback that our active 8mth puppy was constantly whining to go outside and pooped in the house. As we knew nothing of her father's qualifications, and felt that the boarding service may not have been suitable for an active dog, or that she wasn't given enough outdoor time to play, we sent an e-mail to voice our experience. Rather than reassuring us of the service, Noelle sent back an extremely long e-mail saying that we were criticizing her and her father. She was extremely rude and defensive. All her e-mails are written as one big aggressive paragraph with caps lock here and there. It's quite immature really. (see un-edited replies to reviews for yourself). Her father's bio was not up on the website as she claimed, and has since added it, although it was clear that the boarding did not have a Vet Tech nor staff from the Daycare supporting with care—regardless of what they say. Our intention was to provide critical feedback so she could improve her business, so I'm glad she has changed her policies around boarding. This proves that some mistakes were made, despite her lack of willingness to show any accountability. The fact that she replied the way she did, edited her website, and edited her original reply to this review shows how unstable and reactive Noelle is. I would not trust my dog with her for an instant at this point. As for their professionally edited but misleading reply: - Their boarding staff is her elderly father, and only him. They are not looked after by a vet tech. - Her father does not work at the daycare. If Noelle or her staff help out, it's not always the case. Her father has no credentials besides that "he loves the dogs" - We paid for all services, and given that our Puppy only had 2 visits to daycare and 1 boarding visit, their claim to not charge for 5 days of daycare and boarding is a blatant lie. -- In reply to the edit of their edit... re. payment, I wouldn't call cancellations per contract some kind of courtesy when the messaging is "I accept your cancellation and appreciate that you are aware as per the contract of the cancellation policy but you do not need to bring Nola in again" You can't say 5 free days of boarding/daycare for services not rendered. This is deceptive 🤷‍♂️ Re. Communication, "boarding happens at the owner's house, where she and her father live." -- Sorry, but is it wrong to interpret from this that the owner is the primary caretaker, not the father? 😅

We are so glad we found Noelle's. The team there are an exception bunch, who have taken great care of our miniature poodle Levi since he was a puppy - daycare, doggy training, and lots of great walks. Levi arrives with a wagging tail each time we drop him off. We know he's in good hands and really appreciate everything they do!

We love Noelle's Pet Love! From the very first day, Noelle and her father have been nothing but welcoming and loving to my fur baby Arcee! She gets Super excited to go to their place every single time. She literally drags me on her lesh toward their front gate cause she knows Doggy Disneyland is about to happen! Arcee absolutely LOVES playing with the other dogs at daycare!!!! We also love the Instagram pictures & YouTube Videos we get of her having fun during the day; whether it be on their daily beach or forest walks! We have also boarded her there a many times, and it's nice to be able to enjoy our time away knowing she is loved & being cared for so well! I highly recommend Noelle's Pet Love to any one thinking about using Noelle. Arcee Pawsitively confirms this as well!

I take my 9month old energetic Labrador puppy to Noelle’s day care weekly. The staff are all so friendly and skilled! My pup loves going there and I feel at ease that he is well cared for and enjoying the day! Would definitely recommend! I have also taken him to have his nails trimmed by Naoko, who is great!
