I had multiple electricians come out and give an estimate on some basement wiring work and chose Voltex. Isaac did a fantastic job with the project, going above and beyond my expectations. He even uncovered and corrected multiple issues from the previous homeowner that could have been dangerous for our family. Communication was clear, was efficient with his time, and he was prompt in his arrival. Highly recommend!

We noticed at 9pm on Christmas Eve that our outlets were radiating heat. We called Isaac and he came over by 9:30pm that night. He quickly realized what the problem was and was able to easily explain it to us so we understood and felt safe. He gave us new outlets and made the process so smooth and left us feeling comfortable with being in our home. Isaac is very knowledgeable and VERY kind! We will definitely be going to him first for any type of electrical needs in the future. Thank you for making us safe in our home, Isaac!
