⭐Very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability from this State Farm agency. Billing on my policy was halted due to an underwriting issue, yet I was never proactively informed. When I reached out about the premium increase, the agency could not track prior conversations, failed to properly investigate why billing had stopped, and placed the burden on me instead of owning their process failure. No client should be made to feel incompetent for delaying payment when the agency did not explain why the amount changed. While referrals to other agents were eventually offered, it came after defensiveness rather than collaboration. This was not a “good neighbor” experience. I was referred by a trusted family friend and expected far better. I will be seeking alternative coverage with an agent who values transparency, professionalism, and client trust.

Amanda Daly was great, super helpful, and I was able to get some significantly better policy prices than what I had previously! She took the time to provide detailed answers to questions I had and was always very responsive to all communications!
