A huge thank you to all at GSM for the terrific service with my refrigerator. When our refrigerator went out we were on vacation. I trusted Stephen to come into our home and look at it. We decided that it was time to get a new one. Dan was very professional and went back to our residence to measure our space and be able to give me an estimate. Being a frugal person I did get some other estimates; however after figuring the time and cost of picking up the new refrigerator, getting rid of the old and then the install, GSM was the winning bid! Dan did an excellent job of taking great care of us. Stephen and assistant did the install in a timely manner and customer service was excellent. He showed me all the functions on the new refrigerator and answered any questions I had. Bonus he actually notify me when he was done to make sure to explain it to me. I will definitely reach out when in need of another appliance. Thank You again.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would. They were very timely in getting me fit into their schedule. Super impressed with the gentleman that came out and replaced our sink and our two faucet. He did a great job installing everything and did a fantastic job cleaning up after he was done. DEFINITELY will be repeat customers! Thank you!!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. GSM finished sewer replacement work on my home just today and I have never worked with a company as professional and responsible as GSM. Eric, Brian, Kyle and the whole team kept us informed as changes happened, were very respectful and answered all our questions. We loved working with them, and hope to use them for other services in the future. They also went above and beyond to replace our downstairs toilet that hadn’t been working. Great job!

So my next complaint is when they were installing an unit in a new house next to mine, they regularly parked they're vehicles in front of my house and even parked a trailer in front of my driveway. I had to leave for work and Noone was around, so I ended up driving thru my grass to leave for work...

These guys from sales to install were wonderful! I purchased all of my kitchen appliances here. They were willing to work with my timeline and corrected any issues on the spot!! I will buy from these guys again when the need arises! Jeanne M.

Had the ABSOLUTE best experience buying our fridge here (and microwave about 4 months ago). Dan came in on his own time on a Saturday when we were in dire need of a fridge and sold us one. I love buying local and this experience gave us all of the local hometown feel! Shout out to Dan and all the employees at GSM!!

Andrew and Pete did an awesome job with my AC install! They also fixed a bathroom venting issue I had. Lastly, I had asked them to go measure a new chimney cap for me and it turns out I already had one. So they sealed around the caps to prevent rain from getting in! Thanks for the awesome service!

Eric and his crew delivered. Had a water line break over a weekend, he had equipment and excavators lined up within 2 weeks in the middle of summer. Minimal Cocnrete work in the house after boring a new water line, had the project done within a morning. Do t hesitate to do business with.

I had an outstanding washer and dryer buying experience with Dan. He was incredibly honest and knowledgeable, and made the whole purchase quite easy. They were even able to deliver and install them the following day! All around great experience.

I haven't purchased a new appliance in25 years. So needless to say they have changed alot. The team at GSM APPLIANCE were super.. Dan took time to walk us through their showroom and guide us to the perfect Refrigerator for our needs. Even found a great deal on matching stove. STEVE AND WAYDE delivered and set up. They were AWESOME. Very efficient and most respectful of our home. Removed and replaced doors on the fridge and our house to get my new fridge in. Took the time to explain the many new controls Bells and whistles that we weren't familiar with. Can't thank them enough. Great job guys. Highly recommend..
