Juan and Dom from Kramer and Sons did a wonderful job in replacing a new water heater as the existing one leaked water at the bottom. They were very professional, arrived on time and cleaned up everything when they are done. Everything is working well since the new installation. Juan was very patient to show me how to maintain it if the water heater is not operating normally. Prior to the works, Seth communicated and responded to some questions I have quickly. He also worked with HomeServe to get the issue addressed by charging what is mandatory for the services and willingness to go through with the product warranty. With HomeServe water heater coverage, I didn’t have to pay any out of pocket so far. I called HomeServe to get Kramer and Sons out for second option after my first diagnostic cost was way beyond my budget/affordability despite having discounts from HomeServe. I am very happy with all the services from Kramer and Sons. They also replaced the previous water heater when it stopped working 6 years ago which was still under the warranty. Thank you so much to Kramer and Sons along with HomeServe teams to make the replacement services as smooth as possible!

These guys are great. Easy to schedule with, very responsive and good communication, and the crew doing the work was efficient and cleaned up so that I never knew they were there. They did not try to overcharge or add in any extras that I didn’t need. Absolutely will call them again for service.
