Been watching their videos online about AC repair showing what they do and how they do it. It’s refreshing to see a company that’s actually honest and transparent. I’d trust them to work on my home anytime.

Came out on a warranty call and diagnosed the issue on the first call. Waited for response from warranty co. to get repair done and Jose kept in touch as to the status of the claim. Once approved, he came out the same day we called yo complete the work. Nice guy, very informative and work done on a timely manner. We are warm tonight...thanks Elite. I don't trust easily! Oh...they have maintenance plans to service your unit(s) as well. Very reasonable.
