Zak at Dream Steam Cleaners did a phenomenal job. I was denied by a list of other company’s here in Las Vegas because they said they could not work on the type of carpet I needed cleaned. I have white high pile shag carpet in my formal living room that I wanted cleaned. Zak took the job on with ease. He even tested the carpet to be sure it was safe before doing so. I appreciated his care and he gained my trust so I went ahead and added the loft and stairwell as well. I expected to pay a lot more than I did… they are definitely humble and affordable. Not only did he make my home LOOK clean, he made it ✨FEEL✨ clean. I couldn't believe the things he found under the shag carpet, we had no idea all that was hiding under there. After seeing the results on the carpets, I started looking for more things that I could get them to clean😅, like my bar stool cushions and couches. Zak helped get rid of the residue from last year and gave us a refreshed home for this new year. I appreciate Dream Steam Cleaners very much and am happy I made them my choice.
