This is a place I would highly recommend to anyone, I was fully satisfied with my visit, both with Mitch, the Houston Gold & Silver employee, and the final price for my gold and silver, even those items other places refused to at least test. We visited Houston Gold & Silver after visiting a gold buyer at a shopping center and Houston Gold Exchange. Mitch, was more thorough and informative than the previous guys combined; not to mention the final price given for our gold and silver topped them by a good $500. If ever thinking about selling any gold or silver, this is THE place to go, without a doubt.

I decided to visit Houston Gold Gallery first because of their great reviews. After I got my jewelry appraised the person helping me told me that they would honor the value if I decided to get my gold appraised at a different store and ended up returning. He was true to his word after I returned a couple of hours later after having appraisals at several other stores around the area. The thing that impressed me the most was the value that I got for my gold. I researched gold prices and how to value gold before I began seeking appraisals. Without a doubt Houston Gold Gallery gave me as close to market value as could be expected. Other places may look nicer or try to haggle with you and waste your time but the staff at Houston Gold Exchange is just there to buy gold and give you what's fair.
