Jaimil was very knowledgeable in his area of work. We both got on the roof and he showed me which parts will be fixed. He shared the products he was going to use and how he was going to do it. Happy with his team and the finished job.

I hired this company for repointing and gutter guards. The repointing was rushed and used the wrong colour mortar, which stands out against the brickwork instead of blending properly.
We agreed on gutter guards. I left for a few hours trusting the job would be done properly. I returned to find they had installed 2m of matching Bordeaux mesh, then switched to cream (and some other mismatched leftovers) for the rest. This created an ugly, patchy look on my Bordeaux gutters.
They had matching material available but chose to use non-matching scraps without any call or approval. They had to remove the gutter guards entirely after I objected.
This shows deliberate corner-cutting. They knew the right colour was needed, started with it, then bypassed my input to save effort and materials. In visible home work, matching materials and basic communication are standard expectations under consumer law.
Beware. This reflects cutting corners on quality, transparency, and professionalism. Get written colour specs and supervise if possible. Very disappointing experience.
