Michelle and Zack helped us navigate our property find to perfection! I described what we were looking for and Michelle showed me this property first! It was love at first sight! My wife and I were initially planning to move in May of 2026. I got news late July of this year that my place of occupation would be closing in late August. We reached out to Zack and he made the whole process very polite. He came over a few days after I received the news and told us what we needed to do. After getting work done necessary for our home, we listed it on August 1st. The harsh reality I expected was: It’s a bad market and the house is going to sit for a while…. Somehow that wasn’t the case. Zack somehow got us viewings, which in that slow of a market is incredible. We came to a deal with our second viewing and the home became contingent on August 25th. The closing was done on October 16th signed and out the door. Zack, my wife and I can’t thank you enough for your attention to detail and getting our home sold. You were with us every step of the way and no matter the time, always answered our calls. You’re one of the best buddy… Thank you!!! If you’re looking for a realtor in Morgantown.
