Nashua Disposal & Fuel

I have been a long time customer for years ordering exclusively from them. They completely screwed me today. They were booked out a week but luckily I still had a decent amount of fuel left on this last delivery. Day it was supposed to be delivered and no oil. They said because of a little snow they couldn’t walk over (it’s literally a 10-15 foot walk). Now they say they can’t come for another 4 days and I’m going to run out. They have put me in a touch situation. I now have to call out of work to get this figured out so my house doesn’t run out running to the gas station to get diesel. I called and asked if I could clear a path this morning if they could make an exception and deliver today (I ordered a week ago remember) and the basically told me to go pound sand. You have permanently lost a customer. I was very happy up until now. I will be telling everyone I know about my experience!

I'm honestly confused about some of bad comments. I've been doing business with them for at least 5 years. They've always been clear about when they can deliver to my area next. They have always reminded me to shovel a path for the driver ahead of time. The best part, is they are very fair with their prices.
