Amazing property management company. Always extremely fast to fix problems (either same day or next day repairs), easy to contact and were so fair with helping me find a replacement tenant so I could leave my lease early and also didnt take a cent of my deposit money. I even got my full deposit back with interest. I really recommend this company to anyone who's renting! I know others who had different landlords that cheated them on everything with their move out and would never get anything fixed that needed fixing.

I am a returning customer, since 10 years ago I was a tenant with Clearview, and I had a wonderful experience that time too. Now we have a great experience with Clear View Property Management on our rental property. We were not able to rent our property for a couple of months with another property management company, and after switching to ClearView, these guys helped us and rented our property within a month. Thanks to Yamel, the communication was always clear and on time, the property management portal is intuitive, and everything is well explained in there. Special thanks to property manager Raiden, who was super professional and super helpful. He was doing a lot of showings of our property and finally did a lease within a month. Dealing with your company has been great! From being able to view the property prior to renting it, to submitting the paperwork necessary to secure the rental unit, to the early move in date, to the tenant portal; as well as having no issues communicating with people from your company for anything I need: from answering my questions, and for addressing any concerns I may have and or complaints. Your response time is also very good. Whether it is responding to my emails, and or how easy it is for me to call your company and being able to speak to someone right away- and not having to wait days or weeks for someone to get back to me. I also really appreciated the fact after a few days to a week, a representative from your company reached out to me, and asked me how everything went on my move in date, and if I, and my family were settled in to our new place. I have never had a landlord do that before. So, it was nice- it showed your human side, and the fact I just wasn't a dollar sign. It tells me your company genuinely cares about their tenants. My experience thus far has been great with Clear View Property Management and it's representatives!
