On “busiest travel day of the year,” Chance made my 23 hour travel day (delays at three airports) end on a great note by waiting for me to deplane (also delayed) at 12:30 a.m. rather than making me wait 45 minutes while he dropped off two other passengers. His professionalism and communications were topnotch. Comms with Justin in customer service earlier were very helpful as well. The vehicle was super clean and comfortable with quiet music. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with Airport Shuttler. I appreciate that I can book and pay for my ride in advance, and unlike Uber or Lyft, there are no price fluctuations and they are more reliable when booking ahead of time. I enjoyed riding with the owner, Justin, and he got me home safely and even waited until I was safe inside my home before driving away. Thanks again, Justin!
