A true modern luxury experience. From the striking horse in the window to the beautifully curated interior, every detail feels intentional and elevated here at The New Era Nails. The team is highly skilled, attentive, and precise — and the results last. The coffee and crafted non-alcoholic drinks are the perfect finishing touch. It feels indulgent without being overdone. I leave every time feeling polished, relaxed, and confident. Highly recommend.

This was my second time at new era and I’ve been super pleased both visits. I saw Katie both times and she did an amazing job on my fill. She’s super detail oriented and sweet and my nails have never looked or felt better. Definitely will be continuing to come to new era. The ambience is stunning and they do an amazing job!

Had an amazing nail experience at The New Era Nails Salon. This was my first time visiting and the salon was clean and friendly. They offered complimentary drinks upon sitting. Their equipment was clean and they took pride in their work spaces. My nail tech Daniel did an amazing job taking my Pinterest photo inspo into life and took great pride into his work and it shows My pedicure was done by Tina who gave a great leg massage and was really sweet and attentive. Genuinely loved my experience while celebrating my friend's birthday. Thank you New Era Nails for a great experience ✨️

I needed a new set of nails for a party and happened to discover this nail salon through social media. I came in and met Jade, who did my nails. She exceeded my expectations for a place I had never been to before. She took great care of me and always checked to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it or if I needed anything else. She’s very sweet and charming. I’ll definitely be coming back many more times.

Absolutely beautiful salon with even better nail techs. This was my first time going and everyone was so sweet and welcoming. Daniel did absolutely beautiful on my nails, ensuring I got exactly what I asked for. Through the entire time he was asking if my shape was okay, the length, the color. Vivian did my pedicure and was so gentle and did just as amazing. Was constantly asking if I’m okay, if I needed anything and that my pedicure was good. Definitely will be my new spot!😊

Do not go here! I really wanted to like this place. I made an appointment for December 30th at 3:30 pm. I got there about 5 minutes late and checked in. They asked if I wanted water and never brought it to me. At 4:05 I finally got taken to a chair and then sat there for a few more minutes until a lady came over to start my pedicure. Right after she started the water, someone comes over and says, oh she forgot she has another appointment and someone else will be with you soon, and turns of the water. At 4:15 a new lady came over and started my pedicure. At 4:45 she still hadn’t started painting my nails so I asked if they could at least start soaking my hands for my gel manicure because I was hoping to leave by 5:30. The nail artist said she didn’t speak English and someone had to come over and answer me. At 5 a guys comes over to start my manicure and said he could get it done by 5:30. I asked for chrome powder and he put way too much on my thumbs to the point it looked like 2 different kinds of nails. I asked if he could take some off and he brushed me off and said don’t worry I’ll fix it. At 5:30 he’s finished the manicure but still didn’t fix the thumbs. I told him again it was too much and he said “what do you want me to do, fix it? You have to go now” I said well if I’m paying all this money, yes I want it done right. He was clearly annoyed by me and fixed the nails. On the way to pay, I looked at my hands and the polish was 2 different shades! At the point it was 5:50 and I couldn’t stay any longer. No one apologized for how long it took or for messing up my nails. I have never ever had a nail salon paint my hands different shades. I asked the lady at the front if she could hand my tip to the nail techs and she said “you can give it to them yourself” Terrible experience that was supposed to be relaxing.

I paid $200 for a pedicure and left extremely disappointed. The technician did not inform me of any nail damage or concerns during the service. I didn’t even realize how badly my toenail had been damaged until I got home and saw that it was almost completely ripped off. If this had been communicated to me beforehand, I would have asked for a safer approach or declined the service altogether. In addition to the physical damage, I was very insulted by the staff’s behavior. They made comments about how “bad” my feet were, even though I have eczema — a medical skin condition that I’m already self-conscious about. It was humiliating to sit there and hear negative remarks about my body. The technician also repeatedly complained about my fingers being “crooked,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional. No client should be made to feel embarrassed or judged while paying for a service. There was a clear lack of communication, professionalism, and respect. I left feeling insulted and upset — especially considering the amount I paid. On top of that it was my birthday.

I found this place on TikTok and was interested to try it due to its pretty looks. However, it was not a good experience. I went in for a builder gel overlay and wanted to build some length. However the first man who came to do my nails said that he did not know how to do it and brought in Lani. However lani did acrylic tips which I just gave up and agreed. However, Lani’s work with the shape and application was bumpy and differed from finger to finger. I was extremely unsatisfied with the service and shape of nails for the price. I immediately scheduled for a repair and was scheduled for an 11 AM appointment. I drove 40 minutes to get to the salon the next day since they were closing. I arrived three minutes late but told the front about my appointment and the man asked me to come back later in the day because they don’t do repairs early in the morning when they are busy. However, I told him that I have a long commute and cannot come back so I need him to stick to my appointment. I worked with another lady Jehissa I think to do my nails. I told her what I wanted, but she was not understanding, barely interacted with me and continued to talk about me to her coworkers, and with the lady who had originally done my Nails complaining that she has to do a repair and my nails. She seemed very reluctant to want to redo the Nails. I tried asking what it was called for them to do the builder gel, overlay with film and then just decided to do gel X since she was not very helpful. I am more satisfied with the repair Nails, however, it is still very bumpy. The shape is much better since it was just a gel x nail but the application is still bumpy and by day two the nails has air bubbles and is looking bad already. I do not recommend this place since the service was mediocre for the price, though it looks nice online and in pictures the service is not very good, the people are rushing constantly just for more money, their application is sloppy and rushed, and they are very unprofessional and disrespectful as they talk a lot of crap about you in their language. At one point, the lady was laughing at me to her coworkers. They do not deserve any service so unprofessional and a waste of money. I will attach a picture of my original nails as well as the repair. Don’t go and waste your time. The repairs shape is much better and less bumpy but for one day later is still not the best. And honestly I don’t like paying people to laugh at me, talk bad about me in front of me and ignore me. The original nails is the almond one and the repair is the square. Additionally, I had to wait to receive service and while I was waiting, I listened to three other people who just completed getting their service done state that they were unsatisfied, but had no time to do a repair at the moment and had to schedule for a repair. Additionally the nails began to come off less than 2 days after.

New era nails has to be one of the most elegant, luxury, aesthetically beautiful nail salon I've ever been to, also at an awesome rate you can't beat. Super reasonable prices, the quality of work is amazing, if you book with Daniel or Ben for nail art you absolutely will never be disappointed! Such a great vibe!

Absolutely obsessed with my nail tech Taco. She did an amazing job with being patient with my indecisiveness and was never pushy. Obsessed with my nails! Service is top notch and the establishment is well kept and appealing to the eye. Made me feel comfortable as a first time customer! I have been looking for a new place since I’ve move further from my current salon. I am absolutely happy to have found The New Era!
