I had an excellent experience with One Way Glass. They fixed my Tesla Model Y in under two hours, and the work was flawless. Everyone was super nice, professional, and very communicative throughout the process. The pricing is what really sets them apart. Tesla quoted $1,500, Safelite quoted $1,450, and One Way Glass came in at under $800 — almost half the price. They also got me in fast. I called 15 shops across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and all of them said they don’t work on Teslas. I truly thought Tesla or Safelite were my only options. Finding One Way Glass was a huge relief. I drove in from Massachusetts and avoided taxes — totally worth the trip. If you’re within an hour or even two, call them and make the drive. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about One Way Glass! They were professional, did great work, and kept me informed every step of the way about the glass we needed, which was from an older car so had to be ordered. The repair was perfect! Thank you!
