I originally left a negative review after noticing a clear weight discrepancy between two pints of frozen yogurt I purchased during a buy-one-get-one-free offer. One was 15 oz and the other was 27 oz, and the issue couldn’t be resolved in the store at the time.

I really appreciate how quickly and professionally he handled the situation. Mistakes can happen, but the way a business responds makes all the difference.
