Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

Such a cute spot to take my wife for a treat. Very Clean and new, bright, and so many options ! We even met the owner who was very kind and chatted with us! Perfect spot to bring the kids, they’ll love it !

I originally left a negative review after noticing a clear weight discrepancy between two pints of frozen yogurt I purchased during a buy-one-get-one-free offer. One was 15 oz and the other was 27 oz, and the issue couldn’t be resolved in the store at the time. However, the owner reached out to me directly, acknowledged the issue right away, apologized sincerely, and offered both a refund and a free pint of frozen yogurt. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally he handled the situation. Mistakes can happen, but the way a business responds makes all the difference. Thank you for taking responsibility and making things right. That level of care means a lot. I’ll continue coming back!

The store was clean and the yogurt options were nice but i was meaning to write a review a while back. I was waiting to get a waffle cone for longer than I expected. The guy looked at me but he didn’t acknowledge my presence, until two young girls came in and helped me out. They customer service could improve with that young man.

Heard a lot about Menchie’s and decided to give them I try. Enjoyed all the favors I tried. Store was clean and the attendant was friendly and welcoming.

Rihanna was very helpful and nice! She gave lots of details and helped a lot! I even saw her cleaning the topping station and made sure everything was sanitary and nice! Delicious Froyo plus great customer service!

I was welcomed with the biggest and warmest smile when I first walked in. I forgot to get the guys name but he was very helpful and so kind!! There is no froyo in my area so I will have to just keep coming back here in austin! Thank Menchies Frozen Yogurt!!!

Gentleman was super nice and friendly! I loved the ease of grabbing your own taster cup to try the flavors. Lots of toppings, including my favorite peanut butter sauce. Not all the frozen yogurt places have peanut butter sauce. We’ve been to this location several times and always come back when we drive through the area.

Great customer service and there is so many toppings to choose from! Very clean and chill atmosphere. They also have to go quarts of ice cream 🍨🍦

Hands-down one of the best frozen yogurt spots around! The shop is always spotless every time I visit, and the atmosphere feels so bright and welcoming. The workers are consistently helpful, patient, and genuinely sweet, they make the experience even better. The yogurt is always fresh, the toppings are fully stocked, and everything is just so clean. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and delicious treats!

So excited to have a fro yo place in round rock! Perfect spot for when you get your tire fixed or after shopping at target! The staff really made the experience! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and offered sample cups. Thank you for having a grand opening to the community!
