I needed an engineering report on a house slab to a building we were selling. Our realtor called Davis Engineering on Friday. James was able to come on Monday afternoon. He was on time, professional yet very friendly. Gave me his first impressions but then followed up with a detailed report after an hour or so of inspection and data collecting. Would have no problem using him again.
