10/10 recommended to everyone. Caleb has went out of his way several times to make sure the problem was fixed with my dryer. He’s easy to talk to, understanding, and gets the job done quick! Appreciate what he’s done!

Caleb at Nugents Repair was awesome! He was quick, efficient, and had my washing machine up and running in less than hour! He says he can repair any major appliance except water heaters. I will definitely be calling on him again! He works out of Lebanon, Ky. He came right over the next day. I was very impressed with his manners, experience, and work ethic.

Great experience. Fast communication and quick response time. Fixed my issue and took the time to answer all of my questions along with tips for preventing issues in the future. I cannot recommend Nugent's enough. Definitely my go to if I need any appliance repairs in the future.

Caleb was quick to schedule and determine what needed fixed. He came prepared with extra parts just incase. He did a great job!

Caleb arrived the next day to determine why the spin cycle wasn't working on my washing machine. He let me know when I called that there is a service fee of $125 whether the problem could be fixed or not. However, if it could be fixed this fee would be applied to the overall cost. I appreciated him letting me know this upfront so I could then decide if I still wanted him to come. Fortunately he could fix it! Caleb provided quick professional service I would use him again if the need arises!

Caleb was on time at both visits. He troubleshot the problem down to the part I needed and set follow up date he would be there to fix washer. Three days late, with correct part in hand, fixed washer in @1hr. Very nice mannered man who works efficently and quick. Recommend him to anyone.

Caleb is honest, experienced and knowledgeable about appliances. Especially refrigerators. He solved and repaired my refrigerator. I am well satisfied with him and his work. I will/would recommend him to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and straight forward. Looked at the refrigerator and quoted what was wrong. Then told me I’d be better to spend a little xtra and get a new one and after thinking on it. Was great advice. He was honest, professional and will have all my appliance repair jobs
