Just got my Fox Ess CQ series 54kw battery and H3 series 15kw 3 phase inverter + blackout support were installed near Penrith, Sydney by Solar Paradigm. I must agree that the installation was super neat and clean and professional. All other installation I saw so far in google or facebook, most of them put conduits on top of the wall for wiring, tuck in extra wires beind the battery, looks really ugly and unprofessional. I thought, my one would be the same. But, when the installer explained that he will not do that and wire through inside my walls and roof, I was really happy. The installer explained everything upfront, ask me for the locatin prefrence and did the job very very professionally and really excced my expection. They both were really easy to talk and friendly. Not only the installer, the over all dealing with this comapany was amazing from the very first day to the end. I will expect this will continue over the long period. And also worth mentioning, the cost was really good in comparison to others. The installation was done within a week and half of sighing up with them, which was also amazing.

Referred by a friend who installed battery with Solar Paradigm. I message Ravi asking for a quote and he called me to organise visit.
We discussed about battery location and after back and fourth he gave me solutions that really works for me and cost effective.
The same day, he sent me the quote and as agreed with competitive pricing.
After i signed, he gave me install day which is the weekend of same week, happy days.
Ray came with James very early and finish everything in 6hrs, from unload to pack up.
Very happy with the install, no exposed cable or ugly conduit, all tucked in behind the brick.
Ray gave me ran down of the system from emergency switch off, reset, blackout scenario, even show me how the apps work. Ray explained all question from me on how the battery works, how it talk to my existing solar edge system.
I asked to install extra back up switch on yhe spot and after quick txt to Ravi, he gave Ray the ok with extra cost.
Super knowledgeable guy and tidy, cant speak highly enough of both Ray and James, installing in 30deg days.
Now I am constantly watching my electricity use and hopefully say good bye to the bills.
