Alex was amazing — very friendly, honest, and professional. When I asked if the windshield crack could completely disappear, he explained it in a very honest way and even compared it to the human heart: once it’s cracked, it’s hard to make it perfect again. I really appreciated his honesty. He did the repair quickly and did a great job. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would, but Google only allows 5. Highly recommended!

It’s extremely rare to see a business with a full 5-star rating on Google — and that alone says a lot about how great Unic Glass Inc. truly is. Their craftsmanship is top-notch, but what really stands out is the level of customer service they provide — it’s the cherry on top of the icing. The entire process was quick and simple. Alex made me feel like every customer matters to him personally, going the extra mile to ensure the job wasn’t just done right, but beyond exceptional. Thanks Alex for the job well done! Highly recommended!
