Heartlake vet treated my beloved dog for 10 years. The staff members were fantastic. The facility was always clean. And they were always willing to help and accommodate. Thank you HeartLake team for all your help over the years. With the passing of my beloved fur baby, this is where we part. But I wish you all the best.

Do not go here! The doctor tried to proscribe my pet with a medication that is for adults not for puppy’s. I did a fact check online. I asked again, are you sure this medication is ok for puppy’s? They came back and said “it’s actually not ok”. If I didn’t ask the doctor to make sure, what would’ve happened to my pet? I’m coming to you in confidence as the doctor you know what my pet can and can’t have. If you care about your pet please go somewhere else
