My husband and I are very satisfied with the professionalism that we received from all of Southern Comfort's employees who assisted us. The technicians were very efficient in the installation of our new furnace and AC unit. Although we did not want to pay as much as we did, we had to come to the realization that there are just some purchases in life that we can't skirt around and our HVAC system was that purchase. But, even with the price we paid, Southern Comfort was the most reasonable quote that we received, and we are so happy that we chose them. From the fist conversation that I had with Ms. Brooke, when I called and inquired about obtaining an estimate, I knew that we would use their services, and that was before we had even received the estimate. I just felt the sincerity in her voice. Customer service will make you or break you, and the customer service we have received from Ms. Brooke and Mr. Greg was top notch and should be packaged and sold. Their pet dog, Birdie, also presented great customer service as well. We highly recommend Southern Comfort Heating and their employees for all of your HVAC needs. So happy my friend gave me their number. Last time we needed someone 2 years ago the bill was Crazy. Their two Amazing Techs that came out discovered the issue, had a solution, fixed it & walked me through what it was. Before leaving checked all vents to make sure Hot Air was coming out. Plus went over the thermostat settings with me. I was shocked & happy when I got the bill. If I called the other company again I'm sure their bill 💸 would be Double or more.
