Nico was amazing to work with. Selling our home while buying another felt overwhelming going into it, but Nico personally walked us through the entire process and made everything feel clear and manageable.
He was very hands-on and always available, never just handing things off or leaving us guessing. He explained the market, talked through our options honestly, and really helped us negotiate both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one in a way that felt thoughtful and strategic.
What I appreciated most was that Nico truly cared. He checked in often, answered every question (there were a lot lol), and made sure we felt confident at each step. We never felt rushed or pressured always supported.
